Mule Pack Trip!

Yes I did it! I went on the mule pack trip to the Uintas.
It was such an adventure and we had such a
great time being in the Mountains together.
I wish I would have had a camera when I told
my dad I was going to come.
He was so excited! His face was priceless
which made me so excited to go!
He even bought me new boots and brought a
12 pack of diet coke for me :)
I was a little nervous knowing that I was going to ride the mule for 4 1/2 hours just to get to the camp spot, go to the bathroom in the wilderness and live with the swarming mosquitos and flies! Needless to say all of it was worth it and I am glad I got to spend time with the boys and my dad!

Getting the mules saddled and packed.
Starting on the Trail
Such cute little cowboys :)
I love this picture of Bryce and his pony Dodger
he is so handsome!
This was a beautiful meadow we passed through.
You can't see in the picture but there were lilly pads out on the water!
Me and my dad! I love this picture :)
Riding up this really scary rock mountain!
My dad above me on the rocks. scary!!
Me and Lady- she is the calmest mule!
The Little Boys
Billy and Mountain- Literally she is HUGE!
At the very top!

Chandler and his fish!
My Dad and Chandler
My dad was so patient with him the whole time,
he literally fixed his pole every five minutes! ha
It was so cute!
The third day we headed to Rainbow lake which was about a 2 hour mule ride each way.
But, well worth it because we caught so many fish and rode back with a full moon!
I caught a fish!
Chandlers Fish was goin a little crazy! ha
Bryce thought he had caught the big winner.. He was laughing so hard when he found out it was just moss!
Chandler caught the biggest fish of trip!
Look at the size of that mouth!
Me and Bryce in his Mini Duster. So funny!
I would have to say that this is by far the most luxurious camping. We slept on cots and pads and ate like kings and even fed my addiction-- diet coke :) This is a picture of how we ate one night. steak, potatoes, corn and smores for dessert!
Just before we left on the last day
Bryce is so handsome!
Getting the mules packed and ready to ride out
On our way out!
Going throught the deep water!
Thanks dad for such a great trip!
It is so much work for him to get everything ready but so worth it!
I am so glad I got to go this year.
Next time we just need to get all the other girls up there!

Steel Days

We had such a blast at Steel Days this year!
It was a nonstop day of festivities and fun!
We started it with the parade, of course.
Grandpa Carl Ingersoll was the Grand Marshall.
I know he isn't technically my grandpa but he is such a good man I want to claim him.
Plus he gives me kisses like I am is grand-daughter and
he has known Billy since he was a kid.
So he is ours :)
Then of course we went to JCW's. It's Tradition.
And last minute went boating!
The boys on the Tube!
Me and my hubs :)
Goof Balls!
Sisters!
The Captain- Thanks Dad!!
Then we hurried home got ready and went to the
 Kansas Concert at AFHS.
We had lots of fun, we witnessed about 4 fights/arguments.
Who knew people in American Fork were so mean!!
It was quite entertaining though!
I know... What is Lydia's face?? ha ha
Cuties.
The Fam minus Nate and Desi who we always miss!
She was ROCKIN it... and LOVIN it!
Check out that face!
The Newlyweds-happy as ever!!
My spot got taken during the fireworks.
They are in love....but I love it.
She straight up told me while boating that she was the Princess and Billy was her Prince. I guess that makes me the peasant. :(
Such a fun weekend with my family!! Love times like these :)
